DSW, MSW, LMSW

Life’s transitions, especially during young adulthood, can be challenging. Feelings of isolation and a lack of belonging can cause immense suffering. With nearly two decades of experience working with adolescents and young adults, I’m dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of transitioning into adulthood.

Through collaborative and client-centered methods, I aid clients in making positive changes by examining and working through unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. My holistic therapy approach prioritizes the significance of connections in personal growth, allowing us to explore how relationships impact one’s sense of self.

My expertise encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, interpersonal conflicts, stress management, life transitions, and executive functioning.

I attended University of Pennsylvania for my Doctorate in Clinical Social Work where I researched the development and navigation of belonging in college students, Columbia University for my Master of Science in Social Work Administration, and Vassar College for my Bachelor of Arts in Film.
