In Individual therapy clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative environment.
FGP therapists tailor and adapt a wide variety of solution-based strategies to the client’s goals drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, TEAM-CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic/interpersonal therapy and mindfulness approaches. Therapy sessions occur at a minimum of 45 minutes weekly.
