“I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping people suffering from anxiety and depression. After studying and implementing an innovative evidence-based approach, I began witnessing impressive results with my clients. This inspired me to create a group practice with a large team of talented therapists to make this advanced CBT treatment accessible to the wider population. I am humbled by clients’ willingness to share their struggles, and honored to offer them a warm, trusting relationship with real understanding and true empathy.”
For more than 25 years, I’ve guided individuals and families through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral concerns, career struggles, and relationship difficulties. In my work with individual clients, I help people deeply understand the roots of their struggles and find relief from issues such as anxiety disorders and low self-esteem. I share practical, transferable skills that not only ease current suffering but also support long-term well-being and recovery—allowing clients to move toward their true goals and desires in life.
Over time, I came to recognize how central couple and marital dynamics are to emotional well-being and family harmony. This realization led me to expand my focus to couples therapy—helping partners strengthen their connection, resolve conflict, and build more fulfilling relationships.
My approach to couples work is inspired by Relational Life Therapy, Systems Therapy, Gottman Therapy, Cognitive Interpersonal Therapy, and Attachment Theory. In particular, Relational Life Therapy (RLT) provides a powerful lens for understanding and transforming relationships. It addresses not only the cycles of conflict that keep couples feeling stuck, but also the underlying trauma and self-esteem wounds that shape how partners relate to one another. RLT highlights the destructive patterns of “one-up/one-down” relating—where one partner may feel superior and the other diminished—and offers tools to restore balance, respect, and true partnership.
In practice, this means working together to repair unhelpful interaction cycles and shift the dynamic between partners. By interrupting patterns that fuel disconnection and replacing them with healthier ways of relating, couples can move toward relationships built on honesty, intimacy, and mutual trust.
Whether working with an individual or a couple, my goal is to help people break free from painful patterns and move toward greater peace, connection, and fulfillment.
